Relax Inn

My mom stayed here in 2024, and there seemed to be drug use everywhere. The few times I had to be inside, I was scared. The building isn't maintained either. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I haven't stayed overnight, but I've delivered food here several times. It's the only place where I've felt scared while making a delivery. The hallways smell like urine, and I can't imagine the rooms are any better. If you need somewhere to sleep, you'd probably feel safer in your car.

The working ice machine was about the only good thing. The parking lot had broken glass and garbage, the hallway carpet was disgusting, and the room carpet wasn't any better. There was a pot smell by the back door and cigarette smoke in the hallways. The toilet kept running and squeaking every few seconds, so I turned on a fan to cover the noise. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the shower sprayed everywhere with no way to adjust it. Long-term guests don't get daily cleaning, and you have to ask for fresh towels. I paid for an extra night before leaving the next day, but the front desk person said I hadn't paid and locked me out. When I showed proof, they suddenly remembered, then claimed I'd paid for a different room. After half an hour of arguing, they renewed the key for the room I was already in. What a dump. Don't stay here.

There's broken stuff everywhere and the carpet is filthy. The bathroom door had a hole in it and wouldn't shut, the bed was hard, and the pillows might as well not have been there. The sign outside advertised one price, then I was charged double. This place is a total dive. If you read this and still stay, that's on you.
