The owner fixed a small issue right away, no problem. The place was clean and well organized, the kids enjoyed the pool and watching TV in their own room, and we loved our stay. We'd definitely come back.

The beds were so old and gross that we put two sheets on top and slept on those. Then there was a $200 cleaning fee charged up front, followed by a list of chores we had to do or risk a later fine. The listing sounded great, but after paying, they sent emails a week before arrival explaining extra charges you can't back out of. They also threatened us about changing the AC from 75 degrees in summer, which made it miserable to sleep. If this is a five-star-rated property, I wouldn't trust brb again.

We really liked Sandy Ridge and would like to return someday. It was clean, the pools were well maintained, and we really appreciated the insektsnet covering the pool area.

We really enjoyed staying here and plan to come back. It's about fifteen minutes to Disney and around thirty minutes to Universal Studio. Walmart is roughly ten minutes away, along with all the restaurants and cheaper Disney momentous!!!

Be careful, ours was advertised with a hit tub, but there wasn't one, and the pool wasn't heated. The wireless internet worked for one day, then ten days later they sent the wrong company to fix it.
