The atmosphere at Solterra was positive, organized, and safe, while still feeling fun, relaxed, and family-friendly. We really appreciated how accommodating and respectful the staff were with families who had small children and babies. Jackie and Breann were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive, and made our family comfortable right away. The whole Solterra Resort Pool and Community Center was incredibly clean and well maintained, from the pool deck to the restrooms and common areas. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place in top shape. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

I live here and come to the pool often. It's always clean, with good music and good times for the kids. The resort is great, and the staff are awesome, nice, and accommodating overall. On my last visit, front desk manager vilma was extremely nice and helped my family out. She's awesome. I really recommend solterra for your vacation 😊

The resort pool area is big and clean, and the staff are all friendly and polite. Be sure to stop by the pool cafe and meet Lexi. She made our stay more fun and enjoyable, and we really appreciated it. We also painted wineglasses at the pool, and there are fun activities throughout the week. We're having a great time at Solterra resort and will definitely be back. Thank you, Lexi!

We visited over the Christmas holidays and had the best time. The resort was clean and very well cared for. The pool was warm, and the children loved the waterslide. We also made some lovely crafts at the clubhouse activities, which were a bonus. We enjoyed all the nearby restaurants, and Crumble Cookie at Posner Park was a favorite.

The accommodations were solid, and the resort lived up to expectations. The pool area was a blast, largely thanks to Briana's incredible service during our stay. She was friendly and helpful, and made sure everyone had a good time safely. If you're handing out praise or recognition, Briana definitely deserves it!
