My son said this was one of our best vacations. The house was bigger than it looked and had everything we needed. We also loved the resort included with the stay. It’s close to Disney, Universal, and the beaches, so we’ll be back!

We spent most of our time enjoying the private swimming area on the back deck at Magic Hideaway. The resort also has a great public pool with a lazy river. The house layout worked really well for a big family, with a huge kitchen and living space. It’s close to Orlando and the Disney area, which made things convenient, but the place still felt private and away from the crowds. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back soon.
The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave Magic Hideaway. We loved the house and the resort, and getting to and from the theme parks was easy. The owners and Grand Welcome were quick to answer even a small question. We stayed 12 nights over Spring Break and expected traffic or delays at the gate, but never had a problem. We’re definitely booking again next year!
We’ve already stayed here twice, and somehow the second visit was even better. The new owners have clearly put work into improving the guest experience, and everything felt comfortable, fresh, and well cared for. The updated beds, appliances, and furnishings were noticeable, and it’s clear they pay attention to the details. Solterra community has a beautiful pool, lazy river, and fitness center just a short walk behind the house. It’s also near restaurants, grocery stores, and whatever else you might need. Driving to and from Walt Disney World and Universal was easy, which mattered after long days at the parks. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained at the house too. The pool and spa area now has a basketball goal, and the garage has a pool table, ping pong, darts, and several games. The Disney theme is fun and nicely done without being over the top. We liked the Mickey details, Ratatouille kitchen, themed bedrooms for Peter Pan, Princesses, Toy Story, and Star Wars, and even some hidden Mickeys. Think you can spot them? The house was very clean and just as described, and it felt like home. We’re looking forward to coming back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando for Disney or Universal.
We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s birthday week. The home was comfortable and relaxing, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s about 20 minutes from Disney, with restaurants and groceries nearby. We’ll recommend it to our friends.
