Solterra

The Gee family has recently stayed in vacation homes at Solterra Resort. They were spotlessly clean and modern, with all the amenities. The pool area was fantastic. A great stay for families, highly recommend!

The gate backs traffic up for as long as 30 minutes in both directions on a two-lane road. It can only let two cars through at once, so people end up waiting in their cars for their turn. Absolutely asinine, terrible design. I never did stay, but this traffic mess is a daily problem for me and many others.

The host made us feel really comfortable and was easy to talk to. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it 200%. We spent three weeks with family in this modern, clean, very Florida home away from home. There was plenty of room upstairs and down, and the pool area was amazing. The resort itself was peaceful, with an incredible pool and lazy river. The home is in the exclusive, very clean Champions Gate area, with shops for food just a five-minute drive away. It was also a perfect distance from Disney and Universal.

We were grateful the owners let us rent the villa after the property managers canceled our original booking at the last minute. We only wished we could have stayed longer. The home was spotless, roomy, and luxuriously decorated, and the pool and hot tub were so good that it was hard to get our 11-year-old out each day. The community was close to shops, restaurants, markets, and convenience stores. We tried the community pool on a weekday and had plenty of room for volleyball and enjoying the scenery. We'd definitely book Solterra Beach Villa again on a return to Orlando.
