The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but the HOA rules have become way too strict. Our car has already been towed once, and getting it back cost over $200. We have a five-bedroom house and four cars in the driveway. We were told we couldn’t park on the mulch, fine, and couldn’t park by the mailbox, even though other cars do, also fine. No fireworks, so no Fourth of July celebration, okay. Now we can’t park two cars in front of our other two, because even with the wheels behind the curve or dip, they stick out a little. We were warned they’ll be towed next time. Clearing the garage so we can park inside would be extremely inconvenient, since we’d have to move two other cars just to leave for work. We asked about expanding the parking area and were told to do it ourselves. The whole experience has been really unpleasant. I don’t want to live here anymore.
