Homewood Suites by Hilton Davidson

I was nervous about my first hotel stay with my toddler, but it turned into my best hotel experience so far. We could close the door between the bedroom and living room, so our daughter could sleep while we stayed up, and the king bed, pillows, and sheets were all really comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge and freezer, stove, cookware, silverware, dishwasher, sink, table/desk, and coffee and tea. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the heated indoor pool came with thick, warm towels and lots of seating. There were luggage carts in the lobby, plus a small shop with wine, ice cream, microwave meals, snacks, dog bowls, blankets, leashes, and forgotten toiletries. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s great for kids and pets. If I can help it, I won’t stay in an Airbnb or another hotel. We’re Homewood Suites by Hilton people now.

Stephanie made sure we had what we needed throughout the stay and was especially helpful. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms were extremely clean. It’s in a convenient, central spot, and the breakfast was really good, a nice way to start the day. I’d recommend it to families or individuals.

Shyvonne greeted me warmly at the door, and by breakfast she already knew my name. When the weather meant I had to stay again the following weekend, she welcomed me by name as soon as I walked in. It felt like being at my mom’s house, and I was treated just that way. A great experience overall. Thanks to Homewood suites for the great room, and to Shyvonne for such excellent customer service.

Michael behind the bar was great, with excellent service and an encyclopedic knowledge of college football. The living room and bar areas were really nice, and I liked the building’s old school style. Our suite and kitchen were just right, the bathroom was spotless, and the two breakfast staff were very attentive. Highly recommended.
