The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had enough variety for most people. The room felt spacious and had good ventilation. It was quiet apart from some road noise coming through because the double-paned window didn’t fit perfectly. Everything else worked well, including the mini fridge we used for yogurt and milk, and the lighting options were better than in many hotels. This seems like one of the newer, better-maintained properties around, and I’d choose it again if I’m in the area.

I’ve stayed here for business over the past 3 years, and I prefer it to anywhere else within 15 miles. It’s easy to get to, has secure parking, and the facility is clean. The rooms are well equipped, WiFi is good, breakfast is great, and the gym is clean. The staff are welcoming and pleasant, too. One request: please get rid of that new counter checkout for water and other stuff.

The reception team were great, especially Elaine. Months after I’d stayed, they thoughtfully got in touch because a letter had been delivered there for me by mistake. I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they showed. Thanks for the excellent service.

The lobby feels welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are updated rooms and a nice bar with local beers and wine. It’s right off the freeway, which is handy for UCD and downtown. I’d recommend it.
