We loved the junior suite layout, the beach view, and the cozy, home like feel. The place is old style but modern, very clean, and the staff were friendly. The price was great and we were very satisfied with our one year anniversary stay. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back. I really don’t know who’d have anything bad to say about it. It comes highly recommended.

The kids loved it, and we had plenty of room for all four of us. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for the pier and lots of places to eat and shop. There were always 2 lifeguards on the beach outside each day. It’s also a great spot for fishing on the beach or Pier. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

We stayed over New Years and everything was great. The sunrise view was lovely, the beds were super comfortable, and there were no roaches. The room had a full kitchen with utensils, plates, and cups, plus a sofa couch, which was a nice touch. The housekeepers did a great job, and April, the GM, was very nice. The staff were AMAZING, and we felt treated like family at Beach Quarters. There’s a great fishing pier right next door. Highly recommend.

We chose the Beach Quarters because it’s a smaller hotel and within walking distance of the Sunglow Pier. My husband and I stayed 7 nights in mid June 2020 and had a wonderful visit. It’s dated and needs repairs, so it’s not the place if you expect perfection. But if you want a clean, friendly, family friendly Mom and Pop hotel, you’ll love it. It was very clean, had no bugs, and the friendly, efficient staff made sure we had what we needed. We’re already talking about returning next year, and we’ll stay there again. I hope the owner puts some money into repairs, since they have a great little business. Management and staff are awesome.

The running joke is that it’s in a “remodel,” “renovation,” or “under construction” phase, and apparently it’s been that way for the past 5 years. Check the earlier reviews. It’ll probably be demolished before you get to stay. If you’re still considering it, I honestly say skip it. The front desk lady asked, “do you want to tour the room first to make sure it is okay for you? Most people do not stay.” Need I say more? Bugs, rust, broken everything, old, and the pool was closed. Other guests told us they didn’t have hot water. It was a comedy show, but we paid 225 dollars a night. That’s not so funny.
