We just found out a building is planned for the empty lot next door. That means years of dust, dirt, and construction noise, and we're worried it will be terrible for our condo values. 😥

The room is nice, though the place is being renovated. The outside passageways are dark. Maybe I'm overreacting, but at night I want to be able to see clearly when I leave my room.

The units are nice, but they're only as good as the owner and agent company standards, so they may not always be what you expect. Being at one of the main lifeguard stations is a plus, though you're also right by a main beach ramp and in front of a main lifeguard station. That brings heavier traffic and more people parking on the beach.

My family had a great stay in these very clean, spacious condos, with breathtaking ocean views. There's a clean pool with beach access, plus a pool table, bar, and mini theatre. Security is a top priority. Just know the minimum stay is two weeks, and the rules are strictly enforced.
