The condo was much bigger than I expected, and being on the top floor gave us a really good ocean view. The beach entrance was right across from us, and it’s a good location. I’d go back, even though it’s an older place. There was no hot tub, but that wasn’t a big deal. The annoying part was getting only one key for the building door, which was also the key for entering or leaving the pool area. It meant our group basically had to do everything together. I understand why they don’t want to issue extra keys, but they should. Also, the left elevator scared my 12-year-old to death. Even I felt uneasy, since it sounded like it was breaking every time it stopped.
Unit 505 through air bnb was great, super chill and laid back, and cheap. It had all the beach essentials and was just a 30 sec walk to the beach. The pool was warm and clean, with corn hole tables and lawn chairs. I can’t say enough good things. I’ll 100% be back. Great vacation.
Unit 704 is great, with comfortable rooms and beautiful views! A+++, definitely recommend.
The beach is the best part, and it’s right there, no driving needed. Smooth sand and blue water, absolute heaven. We always have a great vacation here. The condo is beautiful, just steps from the beach, in a private building with immaculate grounds and pool. There’s an on-site manager who handles every problem, big or small. Laundry is on every floor, and there are security cameras. It feels safe and family friendly.
It could be a good investment since weekly rentals are allowed at the moment. Units are currently affordably priced, and some have lovely ocean views as well as river views from the back windows. It’s a great condo building, and the manager is easy to work with.
