This place has been part of my family's vacation tradition since 2010. Now, in 2026, my wife and I are keeping it going with our honeymoon here. The staff and accommodations are wonderful. Much love from West Virginia, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The front desk people were absolutely awesome, but some of the room details were disappointing. The listing showed free breakfast, though what was there was just a small selection of pastries and coffee. The showers were tiny, the room smelled like mildew, and only one window could be opened. The pool was supposed to be heated, but the ocean felt warmer.

The people here are what make this place feel personal. The housekeeping staff have looked after my family for years, always thoughtful and friendly, and the front desk knows us by name and really cares about guests. When we had a serious medical emergency during a stay a couple of years ago, the staff helped us through it. I'll never forget their kindness, support, and compassion. I live in Florida, and when my parents visit a few times a year, we usually stay here for at least a week. It feels more like home than a temporary place to stay, because everyone is so kind and treats us like family. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants something more personal than a typical hotel.

The two-room cottage worked out great, and everything was clean in a lovely spot with a beautiful view. We arrived after hours and wished we'd had more instructions, but managed to figure things out.
