It's a smaller resort, quiet and simply perfect, across the road from the beach. The pool is beautiful, there's lots to do in the pool area, and the people are great. I look forward to coming back every year.

Our family has been coming here for years, and for the past 5 years we've had Thanksgiving dinner here. Family flies in from NC and NY to meet up with the FL family and stay for 2 weeks. My two aunts and mom each have a 2-bedroom unit, so we have a lot of family staying. We also visit at other times during the year, and we love the hot tub and heated saltwater pool.

The pools were full of filth, and there was no beach access unless you walked around the building. The place is a dilapidated dump. Its own website and the major booking companies, including VRBO, advertise it falsely, which is offensive and put a damper on what should have been a delightful vacation. This building should be condemned.

Guy and the ladies who run the place were lovely, and everything was immaculately clean. Guy is working on the little bit of work the property still needs, so that didn't bother us. The updated kitchens are cute, and I'm sure the bathrooms will be too. My friend and I stayed in a two-bedroom with our own bathrooms, plus a decent kitchen and main area. There are so many closets in that main space, you could use one as an office or something, LOL! It's just off the beach and within walking distance. There's a small 7-Eleven-type store next door, a beach shop on the other side, and amazing food close by. All in all, a great vacation and one of my new favorite places.
