The room was clean, had a fresh smell, and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the sink was separate from the shower and toilet, which made getting ready easier while the other person showered. The room and bathroom were quiet, although I know that can depend on the rooms nearby. The place seemed a little dated but was still nice. The air felt dry, and the room stayed warm even when we turned the temperature down, so I opened the window for some cooler air. I’m picky about hotels, and this stay was good overall. My new employer had booked it, so we didn’t choose it ourselves.

The pool and hot tub were really nice, and they even had a quiet swim time for adults, which was a plus. Breakfast was great too, with waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, and fruit. Service was great and the rooms were clean.

Everything else was really good and clean, but the noise made it tough to sleep. There was banging, door slamming, and stuff being moved around for about an hour near midnight, then it started again at 5 am. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from, so I eventually put on headphones and managed to get some sleep. Maybe they were setting up breakfast, but it was so loud and constant. Guess I got unlucky with the room location.

Travel changes meant I never actually stayed here, but Neil and the team were genuinely kind and professional while handling the situation. Travel problems are stressful, and the way they treated me with care and understanding really stayed with me. I grew up in Wisconsin, and that practical but warm manner felt like home. I’ll book here when I’m back in the area. I appreciated their hospitality, even from a distance.

The beds were great and the hotel was clean. The pool area was bright and tidy, and the hot tub jets were very powerful. Even though it’s right off the highway, there was no road noise. Kwik trip is across the parking lot, and Wal Mart is nearby.
