The rooms were gross and the service was lousy, so I wouldn't recommend this place. They charged my card twice on Monday, and the extra charge was still showing on Friday. They'd told me it would come off Tuesday. When I called management and said other hotels don't do this and they needed a different system, the manager told me to use a credit card next time because it's faster.
I spent a couple of weeks here for work, and the rooms were very clean and good for the price. The service was consistently top notch. Erin at the front desk deserves special thanks for helping us all get checked in when there was an issue with our card.
If you're on a budget, I guess it's somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn't pick it for a vacation or if you're used to places like Marriott. I wonder why hotels like this don't update their rooms like Holiday Inn. The next night I stayed down the road at Holiday Inn and loved it.
Every time I stop in, the staff are kind and friendly, making sure my wife and I are happy and taken care of. They always have a beautiful smile, and that really makes my day. I absolutely love this place and hope to be back soon. Every staff member deserves a raise and a bonus.
The carpet felt wet, and the bathtub caulking needs attention because there was mold. We also found two kinds of bugs in the room, though I'm not sure what they were. One looked a bit like a grasshopper but wasn't. The room could use some care and updating. We'd still stay there again.
