After staying at a couple of other hotels nearby, I'm changing my review a little. The rooms here were very comfortable, the staff friendly, and the pool clean and fun. There were no towels in the pool room, and the elevator safety was held on by glue. Given what I saw at other places in the area, this is the best choice for your family.

11/26/2025 My wife, our 3 kids and I paid $74 through expedian for a night in a double queen room. It was spacious, clean, and honestly not bad for the price, despite what some other reviews said. Still, by the end of the stay there was a lot left to be desired, and I probably wouldn't recommend this location or come back. It's a cheap budget stay, so don't expect anything more. Breakfast was among the worst complimentary hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. The eggs and Turkey sausage had no flavor and weren't prepared well. The room's coffee maker didn't work, and from about 4-5 in the morning I could hear someone else's TV, random talking, and thud noises.

I was there with my daughter for only 20mins. The lobby and snack area were well kept, and the man who took my reservation was professional and great with her. But the room was so dirty I wouldn't even let her take her shoes off. The chair and dresser were filthy, there was hair all over the bathtub, and the marijuana smell was overwhelming. I chose to take the financial loss and leave because it was worth it. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The location felt safe. But the pool was cold, breakfast was mediocre at best, and the hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes and cannabis. The halls were disgusting and needed renovation. It was decent, but at 100 dollars per night I expected better.

After paying $300 in cash, we found the mattress was extremely dirty, with yellow stains. We had already been charged for a suite, yet moving to a fourth room, where the mattress was slightly better but still not clean enough, was going to cost another $35. The room descriptions and charges didn't add up. When we said we were leaving and wanted a refund, the clerk offered to remove the extra $35 and let us stay, but we were no longer comfortable because of the room conditions and the way staff treated us. We'd first checked three rooms: the first two had the same dirty mattress, and the third was still unacceptable. The staff member said, “This is the cleanest room we have. If you don’t like this room, you’re not going to like any other room we have.” Later, Maya came upstairs and said, “What do you think this is, the Khalifa Bridge?” She accused us of lifting the sheets too much, though we had only lifted a corner to check the mattress because of the cleanliness problem. At check-in, the clerk asked for ID and said I was underage, even though I'm 20. She said the minimum age was 21 but let us check in, while making an unnecessary personal comparison between my age and her daughter's. Maya quoted $265 for 3 nights as a discount, although the hotel website listed rooms for about $80 per night. She said, “I’ll give you a discount so you guys can come back here again.” She also said only a suite was available and added $25 to the price, bringing it to $300. She presented early check-in by 2 hours as a favor. The hotel looked mostly vacant, so the claims about price and availability seemed questionable. Around 10:00 AM the next morning, I asked about housekeeping. One staff member said rooms were cleaned every two days. I asked for clean sheets and toilet paper at least, and was told to pick them up myself. When I came back around 12:30 PM and made the bed myself, I saw the stained mattress. Another staff member later said housekeeping was daily, while maya said every two days, then went back to every two days because of the length of "our stay". When I tried to clarify, the staff member looked at my partner and said, “She doesn’t understand, make her understand,” which was extremely disrespectful. After we left, I tried to sort it out and requested a refund. Even though it was around 1 PM and the issues were ongoing and unresolved, we got only $100 back for one night, not even two, despite having paid in cash. I booked for our wedding night and called ahead to discuss special arrangements. The person assured me everything would be arranged as we discussed, but when we arrived, nothing had been done. I called the front desk from the room and couldn't reach anyone for over 45 mins. After our stay, I followed up several times and was told 3x that someone would contact me. Three months later, I still hadn't heard back. They spoiled a once in a lifetime event. EDIT: Management's reply seemed to confuse me with someone else. They never told me any service was unavailable or offered alternatives; I was firmly told it could all be done. When we arrived, the front desk could see on my booking that it was our wedding night. They said they usually prepare room specials for those occasions “if only they had known sooner,” which made it seem they hadn't been informed. The front desk operations manager never contacted me despite my repeated attempts. The poor service and disorganization continued after that first night.
