I really liked the people working here. Reyder and the woman on the daytime front desk were kind, helpful and supportive, as was the person handling breakfast and cleaning. I think his name is Kevin. They deserve recognition for all their hard work. My only complaint is that breakfast could offer more choices, like nonfat yogurt and fruit salad, as I've had at other Residence Inns. Still, my stay was very good.

I never even checked in because the front desk staff were so rude and unprofessional. Someone later emailed me about what happened, but that didn't help. Enjoy the cancellation fee, because Marriott won't get another cent from me. I was a loyal customer. I've deleted the Bonvoy app.

The young man who handled breakfast every day did a GREAT JOB, and breakfast was good. My family and I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience, especially since we had to be there that long. They looked after us well. I'm not a fan of having the room cleaned just twice a week, but apparently that's what hotels are doing now.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean hotel. The whole team was fantastic, and anything we needed was taken care of. Kevin made an exceptional breakfast, while Sarah, Saryah and Keivin at the front desk were professional, kind and courteous. Zeidy and the housekeeping team were exceptional too. Jojo from maintenance was great and always had a smile. We'd absolutely stay here again.

This is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a review, and I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. I booked with my Explore rate. They tried to charge my card a day before check-in without notifying me, then removed the rate because the advance charge didn't go through. I accepted the new price, but when I arrived they tried to charge double what the app had quoted. The front desk manager was rude and showed no consideration. Even after I showed her the original price, she kept arguing with me.
