The jetted tub was the main reason I booked a room here for my birthday. After my car accident, a massage or a whirlpool gives my body a little relief, and I don’t have one at home. I called first to check that the tub in the Whirlpool/Jacuzzi room had jets. When I arrived, it wasn’t working. A front desk staff member tried it and couldn’t get it going. I asked whether there was another room of that type, but the woman at the desk said she wasn’t authorized to move me. I could’ve stayed home if all I was going to get was a hot bath. I was really disappointed and disgusted, and I won’t come back to this location.

Be cautious before booking. Guests have reported inappropriate interactions and unprofessional staff behavior, along with serious problems with bed bugs, roaches, and mold, especially on the first floor. And if you want a good time, ask for Noelia, she’ll make sure guests have what they need, if you know what I mean 😉

I’d stayed here once before, but I won’t come back. I booked a room for two nights weeks in advance, then was put in a different room and still charged for the one I didn’t get. The front desk person said she had just checked someone into the room I wanted, even though I had RSVP. The manager then claimed there were no rooms available when I booked, which doesn’t match what the front desk person told me. At checkout, they said I hadn’t paid for the room.

After we returned from our 6:45 a.m. drop, our room had been turned upside down and the bed was undone, even though we hadn’t checked out and our keys still worked. The front desk told us we had checked out. We hadn’t turned in the keys or received a receipt. This came after a rough stay: we’d called the day before booking to ask about early check-in, and our reservation showed early check-in and an upper floor, but we were given the first floor and checked in at 2 p.m. Our room was right by the pool, which would be fine on vacation, but we’d been traveling for two days and needed sleep. The shower handle came off in my hand. When I brought it to the desk, they said maintenance would come, but nobody arrived for 30 minutes. They eventually came at 4:30 p.m. and disturbed my husband’s sleep. At 5:55, someone vacuumed the hallway right outside our door for about five minutes. The desk did call around 4:10 to offer a room change, but by then we’d managed to pull out the broken part of the faucet knob and get water running for showers. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I’m over Houston, and I’ve just noticed they put all of us on the first floor. I was a platinum member for two years, but this hotel chain moved us back to silver because we didn’t have rollover nights at year’s end. We stayed at a hotel on my birthday, 12/31/24-01/01/25, which seems like a rollover to me. Maybe this is how silver members are treated.
