The Atlantic Suites on the Ave

Breakfast included every morning and free parking made our stay easy and stress-free. Paige, Lovelee, and David at the front desk were always pleasant and very helpful, and made us feel welcome. One small thing I wish I’d known: if the “Do Not Disturb” sign stayed on the door until around 12:30-2:30 p.m., I needed to tell housekeeping they could still clean the room. No big deal, and now I know for next year. I’ve already booked our return!

The location made it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops, and I liked being able to borrow beach chairs instead of paying for them. Rick, the manager, also helped with special accommodations after my plans changed. My room was spacious, with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave in the kitchen, plus a separate living room with a comfy couch, cable TV, two balconies, and a roomy bathroom. The pool area was clean and inviting. Housekeeping came twice a day to clean and turn down the bed, and left chocolates. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. The Atlantic Suites exceeded my expectations, even though I’m pretty picky.

The Atlantic Suites has become our home away from home when we visit southeast Florida to see our son and his family. We’ve stayed here off and on for several years, in nearly every room type depending on the length and purpose of each visit. Last summer, I spent three weeks here helping with a new baby. The beds are comfortable, and everything is clean and well maintained. Even when I’m there alone, I feel safe. It has a boutique hotel feel, modern amenities, a good location, and a reasonable price.

We had a great anniversary stay. The hotel left Prosecco in our room for the occasion, and our ocean view was amazing. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was really nice. Breakfast was included and had oatmeal, fruit, eggs or egg whites, plus spinach and salsa for the eggs. Parking was easy, and the beach and restaurants were only a few minutes away on foot. They even gave us 20% off coupons for a local restaurant. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
