Budget Inn Motel Denison

I'm the manager at this motel, and I can guarantee that Mr. Eric Shon's claims about bed bugs and fleas are completely false. He was angry because he hadn't told the motel about his dog and didn't want to pay the daily pet fee. We haven't had pest problems here. Our staff are trained to check for bed bugs, spiders, roaches, ants, and other pests, and a professional exterminater treats the property regularly as preventative maintenance. We can't control what guests may bring with them, so we take every precaution we can. I've had no pest issues while managing Budget Inn. As for Corey Towne and Charles Anderson, they haven't rented a room at Budget Inn in the past 3 years, and we have no record of them ever renting from us. Thank you.

Service gets one star, and I'd give it none if I could. There's no room service, and they don't take out trash or vacuum. To get anything, even a trash bag, you have to drive down the road to another motel. I guess the same person owns both places, but it feels like a crock. You're paying for a room and then using your own gas to go elsewhere for supplies. Sometimes there's nobody at the front desk at that other motel, so how are you supposed to get anything?

I've stayed in worse. I'm traveling with my dog, and this is one of the few hotels that would let him stay. The bed is comfortable and the shower gets hot, though the train is loud.

Good prices and a nice place to get some sleep. There's laundry on site, and parking is easy.
