Just steps from the private beach, the location is amazing, and the residents are incredibly friendly. Brian, the Director, has everything under control, and Chris and the office gals are always pleasant and super helpful. It's a well run organization. I couldn't ask for more and can't wait for next season.

A peaceful hidden gem! We provide cleaning services for trailers and were impressed by how beautiful and organized this place is. Cross Old Wharf Road and it's just a short walk to the sand. Isn't that incredible?

The cottage was nice, right on the beach, and the location was great. I wasn't sure there'd be enough space for our family of four and the dog, but it worked out fine. The weather was great too, and we've booked again for next summer.

Sun Retreats needs to improve its reservation system and scheduling. I've tried to book here for several years, but they never know when the schedule will open. By the time it does and you call, everything's sold out or booked. There are only 4 transient sites out of more than 200, and they're charging top dollar. They're making money hand over fist! Getting a seasonal site is impossible too. For those 4 transient sites, they should require 7/6 days reservations only. Nobody wants to set up for just 2 nights. There is literally no availability in June, July, or August apart from very scattered dates. I'd stay for several weeks at a time if that were available. Very unfortunate.

This isn't a true RV park. It's mostly park model seasonals, with only 5-6 RV stalls that we saw. The roads are very narrow and aren't big rig friendly.
