The room was filthy and full of insects, and the bathroom was broken, poorly kept, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. After staying there, I had itchy skin. I couldn’t feel comfortable at all. The morning front desk employee was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Communication about the booking and payment was poor, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff treated me badly. This motel is unhygienic, badly managed, and not worth the money. I’d rather sleep on the street. I don’t recommend it and will never stay there again.

Inside the room, the fridge, TV, and microwave didn’t work. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months, and the bathroom seemed just as unclean. The room was infested with cockroaches. We asked for another room and were told none were available. We also asked if someone could clean it, but apparently nobody was available for that either. Don’t waste your money. Getting to our king suite for the weekend was a nightmare. A woman and her child were staying by the back stair entrance to the top floor, and she was smoking crack while the poor kid just sat and watched. There was trash all over outside, a strong smell of urine, and so much traffic that it seemed like a hotspot for drugs. The room looked nothing like the photos, which seemed photoshopped.

It was very cheap when booked from a mobile device, and the staff were polite and courteous. The location was great, but the rooms were old. They’d been cleaned, yet still felt filthy. The blankets were paper thin, the towels were see-through, and one light was hanging by its wire. It felt like the kind of place people rent by the hour. Booking here was a mistake.

Getting our deposit back was impossible, even after we asked for it. The clerk left us waiting in the lobby for over an hour while helping other customers, and we still couldn’t collect it. This place is a scam and should be shut down. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give it. Check-in customer service was horrible, and it took nearly 45 minutes because the computers kept freezing. The clerk said we had the best room, but it was infested with roaches and had unrepaired damage, missing drawers, a broken TV, and baseboards coming off the wall. At the front desk, we were told all the rooms had cockroaches.
