I nearly passed on this room because of the location, with all the loitering around, but I’m glad I didn’t judge by appearances. The staff were efficient and friendly, and let me check in 30 min early so I could get to my meeting. My room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Good Times burger is just a block away and was delicious. Argonaut liq 🍷 was nice for relaxing after a long day.

I slept really well here, which almost never happens for me in hotels, and it was quiet at night. The location made it easy to get around, parking was simple, and check-in went smoothly. Staff were welcoming and quick to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and matched what I expected from the photos. I’d happily come back, the service and value were both great.

It was an easy, no-hassle stay. The area felt quiet and safe, and the price was very affordable compared with nearby options. Our room was clean and well cared for. Having staff there 24/7 made check-in and getting answers to questions simple, and everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

The only real upside is how handy the location is for shows. If there’s another place available, I’d stay there instead. The rooms aren’t bad, but the area can be rough, and there was homeless wailing in terror at some unseen tragedy, so don’t count on a quiet night. The mini fridge made a chirp or click every 30 sec and buzzed the rest of the time. I’m sure it was the fridge, not the smoke detector. They replaced it while I was there and the new one did the same, so unplug it if you want to sleep. In the double room, there’s no separate switch for the bathroom vanity light. At night or for an early shower, turning it on lights up the whole room. The fan didn’t work, and one lamp was out too. The beds weren’t especially comfortable, and standard rooms have full beds rather than queens. Construction is going on right now. Check in early and don’t take your car out, or you may have nowhere to park and lose the 15 dollar parking fee.

The employees were really nice, and the place was clean and affordable. It’s nothing fancy, and breakfast may not be what you expect, so plan for that. They charge for parking, though there is street parking available nearby.
