A real B&B experience, which is getting hard to find in the States. The hosts were warm and accommodating, with delicious homemade granola and banana bread, plenty of coffee, and lots of other breakfast options. The historic home is full of lovely art, with comfortable, well-appointed furnishings and an open feel. It's right by the 0 bus line to Union, and Broadway has plenty of late-night food nearby. Even with that convenience, it was quiet enough to sleep well.

Judith and Doc were kind and hospitable, and we enjoyed staying with them. Lucy and Wilson, their two dogs, were there to greet us, which we loved. Breakfast was good, and we had our own private bathroom. The location is central. I do wish the bathroom had a fan, or a stick to prop the window open, but it wasn't a big deal. The bed was too soft for us, though someone else might like it.

Judith and Doc were wonderful hosts, and our late arrival at 4am worked out perfectly because we'd let them know ahead of time. The room was great, with lovely decor, a really comfortable bed, and even a balcony. My boyfriend and I enjoyed breakfast conversations with Judith and the other guests. It's right by the broadway and about a six-minute drive from downtown. The two dogs are adorable too, especially social Wilson and shy Lucy!

Check-in and checkout couldn't have been easier, breakfast was delicious, and parking was simple. They'd move your car if needed. Doc and Judith made great hosts, with Wilson, Lucy, and Deuce keeping them company as co-hosts. There's lots within walking distance, and other places are an easy drive away. I'd definitely stay again.
