The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were actually not bad, despite earlier reviews saying otherwise. I brought my own pillow, though. We had two chihuahuas with us, and the price was half of the Hilton true next door. The room could use fresh paint, which is the only reason I took off a star. Bring your own shampoo and body wash, since it takes forever for theirs to come out of the dispenser.

The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, and the room was spacious, clean, and neat. It also looked like the pictures online, which isn’t always true. This was one of the cleanest Red Roof locations I’ve stayed at. I was genuinely impressed and had a comfortable, pleasant stay.

After a black mold problem at our rental property, I had to move into the Red Roof Inn with my two children. From the start, getting toilet paper seemed like an enormous ask. One housekeeper physically put his hands on me when I took a roll from the housekeeping cart, leaving bruises on my arm. I believe what happened next may have been because of that incident, though I can only assume. The owner came to my room while my 15-year-old son was alone there and wanted to enter. He asked her to wait until I was home from work because he was doing online school, but she refused and came back 15 minutes later with another man. She went through the room and moved our belongings, made my son move the beds, and said she was looking for cats. We had told them about our cat on arrival and paid the deposit. She dumped out my daughter's medication and damaged her purse while going through our things. Then we woke up with bites. My daughter found a bed bug in her bed, and when we stripped the beds, we found the mattresses infested. I went to the front desk to report it and ask to move rooms. They told me to strip the beds, put the linens in a plastic bag, and bring them to the desk, and not to leave the sheets in the hall because it was a common area. We’ve requested a refund for the nights we won’t be staying at this awful place.

The noise and behavior here were deeply disturbing. People screamed profanities at each other throughout the day and night. Drunk, belligerent guests yelled and banged on doors in the hallways, pretending to be police. It went on from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., possibly longer. I eventually passed out from exhaustion. When I tried to discuss it with the front desk, I was cut off and dismissed, if I could even find anyone there. The manager was never available and they just said to call back tomorrow, so there was no way to address things during our stay. We brought our dogs and had told the front desk both when booking and at check-in. At some point, someone called to complain about noise, though I don’t know how, since the desk was almost always empty. Our dogs only barked when a drunk person fell against our door at 1, 2, or 3 a.m. I lost count of how many times it happened. When I asked what they wanted us to do, the attendant said, “Nothing, have a good day.” So why call me? It was a waste of my time. The two rooms we stayed in were filthy. They smelled of cigarettes, marijuana, and unwashed bodies or laundry the whole time, despite supposedly being non-smoking. The lampshades, bed, and phone had what looked like blood stains. Towels were dirty, and after someone came to clean, they just rehung the dirty towels. Some areas of the beds smelled like pee, and my husband had to clean dead wasps from the room. In my opinion, don’t drink the water, as it was cloudy the entire time. The hotel is very violent and unsafe. If you have children, dogs, or are anyone at all, do NOT stay here. I’ve filed a complaint with Red Roof corporate. We stayed for two nights over Memorial Day weekend. Red Roof is the Spirit Airlines of hotel chains. I hope this location meets the same fate.

Red roof inn in Denver pa gave us very poor service. We had to cancel in advance because of bad weather and told them we planned to reschedule, but they still wouldn't refund us. Please go somewhere else. I won't try to stay at a redroof again if this is how they treat customers who cancel ahead of time. Don't ever go there.
