Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

The conference hall worked great for our company event, and the hotel's amenities are nicely done. I liked the clean, well-run lounge. The lobby convenience store had a good selection, though the prices were high. My tower-side suite was stylish, bright, clean, and comfortable. The bed was a bit firm, but that wasn't enough to lose a star. All in all, a very nice hotel. I loved it.

The second room I was moved to was great, and I enjoyed the food. The kitchen staff were also very helpful with the banquets. Some people at the front desk could use more training, though. I was there during a large conference in October 2025, when students were sharing rooms. Isaiah checked me into a room, but while I was out to dinner, it was given to someone else. I came back locked out and unable to get to my things. Another desk agent eventually figured out I'd initially been put in the wrong room.

Good location, but the hotel is mediocre and pricey, with no view. Housekeeping was inconsistent, the chairs and pillows were uncomfortable, some furniture was broken, and the toilet wouldn't flush all the way. The Smart TV having YouTube and Netflix was a nice touch. I appreciated the fridge, but it froze our food and had no adjustment knob.

The rooms are spacious, nice, and well kept, and the staff were really friendly. I didn't eat in the restaurants, but the food and drinks I saw looked good. It's a good spot if you want to be in the heart of Denver. Right on 16th Street, with the free bus, shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby, plus the convention center only a few blocks away. A little bit of everything close by.
