I stayed for about a week and had everything I needed in the apartment. The location was good, the price was reasonable, and the bed was very comfortable. Whenever I needed something, they replied quickly. I’d seen past reviews say check-in could be confusing, so I came prepared for that, but didn’t run into any problems.
The Artesian was a horrible experience. There was mold all over the apartment bathroom, and when we asked them to clean it, they never came. Once we started complaining to AirBnB, they kicked us out or locked us out of the apartment. The management company was awful. Be careful and stay away.
The room was spotless, had plenty of amenities, and was in a great area!
To book through Airbnb, you have to use an outside ID verification service, even though Airbnb already meets the identification requirements. When I questioned this, they suggested I take a picture of a desk or cover the camera lens to get through the ID check. With a cancellation policy that restrictive, the place seems shady, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying there.
