The room was still being cleaned at 4pm, so we waited about 15 minutes. Once we got upstairs, there was no sofa bed, despite our booking for two queen beds plus a pullout or rollaway for our family of four. I had confirmed this at check-in too, but only after calling the desk was I told rollaways weren’t allowed in that room type. Nobody had mentioned that when we booked or checked in. The desk agent and manager were rude and unapologetic, and offered no fix, so we checked out right away and went across the parking lot to the Hilton, where we had a great experience. On the way out, we asked for a zero-charge receipt. The manager said she needed to eat lunch before checking the room herself, and seemed quite content to leave us waiting. We left without the receipt. Very disappointing, poor customer service.

For our wedding day, we booked a room and a conference room to get ready in, and the whole experience was wonderful. The room felt more spacious than other Courtyard Marriotts with the same room style, even though it was supposedly the same size. Every person we dealt with was friendly and just as happy to be part of our wedding day as we were, which helped make up for the road noise. The signs out front are easy to miss, and traffic can get pretty loud.

The water was barely lukewarm, which was the one problem. Still, we loved our stay and would come back to this location. The hotel looks great, even with the renovations going on, and our room was large and clean.

Breakfast took an hour, with one person doing her best to take orders, cook, and bring the meals out. If the hotel isn't going to staff it, they shouldn't sell it. The person at check-in seemed miserable, and although the room was decent, there was mold in a corner of the shower.

No breakfast is included, though you can buy it there, and Dunkin Donuts is across the street. The Marriott Courtyard was nice, clean, and quiet, a solid 3 star hotel.
