We loved our stay and nobody wanted to leave. Five Star Properties were fantastic to book through, and the condo was clean, updated, and so well soundproofed that we couldn’t hear other condos. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and always clean. We ran into the maintenance man a few times, and he was super nice. The elevators got a little slow near the end of our stay, though they weren’t always that way. We’ll definitely be back.

Condo 601 was clean, nice, and stocked with what we needed, with enough room for all six of us. Housekeeping and maintenance responded quickly when needed. But nearly all the mattresses needed replacing, and shower pressure was poor everywhere except the bathroom with a handheld sprayer, so we ended up using that one. We hadn’t noticed the upstairs carpet when booking, or we wouldn’t have chosen this condo. The property’s pool was always freezing. It should be heated so people can use it, since it’s away from the beach and never gets sun. The walk to the beach is shorter than at most places, which was nice, but the route has lots of stairs and then just sand instead of a boardwalk, making it hard with a wagon. Beach chair service doesn’t start until 9am, later than at other condos we’ve stayed in. We had a great week because any week at the beach is great, but we probably won’t return. There are lots of other places in Destin to try.

We love bringing the family here. It feels secure behind the gate, and the private beach is a big part of the appeal. The location is great and the views are gorgeous. I think you'll love staying here too.

The views are excellent, and the place comes fully furnished. A very nice spot to stay.
