We're here this week, and I want to warn people: don't book here if you want to enjoy the beach! They made an agreement with a beach chair rental company that charged $315 for uncomfortable chairs and harassed people to move if they didn't rent them. If you have small children and want to watch them swim or build sand castles, you'll be 100 ft away, trying to see them through the obstructive chairs. And to clarify, “guests” doesn't include renters.
Room 0104 was a spacious efficiency on the ground floor, just steps from the pool and with easy beach access. Beach services are available. Perfect spot for a couples getaway.
The condo complex is nice, but the beach setup was our main problem. Rental chairs and umbrellas ran side by side across the whole property, and you weren't allowed to sit in front of them. That left you either paying $100 a day for their chairs or stuck behind them in the back row with no water view. Not cool, man!
The views are amazing and everything was very clean. The pool lighting could be brighter, though. Maintenance was great, and I saw them keeping the place up every day.
Finding the place was a bit confusing with the GPS and directions, but they were so helpful. Just search SunDestin, it's right next to it. The condo was beautiful, with direct beach access, a pool, and friendly guests. Perfect stay! I'll definitely recommend it to others and book again myself.
