A quiet complex with lots of Airbnb guests, three pools, tennis courts, and a lake with turtles. At one entrance there’s a Shake Shack and a hot dog spot, along with a Waffle House. Lots of things are close by, so the location alone makes it worth staying here.

Unit 185 is a great place to stay, and the location puts you near many popular Destin spots. It’s a first-floor end unit with a pretty lake view for morning coffee. The patio faces east, so the afternoon sun doesn't beat down on you during lunch or dinner. There are three pools to enjoy.

We had a peaceful place to wind down at night, and our host was exceptionally accommodating. The condo layout worked well for a birthday celebration. There are three pools, and its central location puts you close to the beach.

We love Gulf Terrace and have seen it improve a lot over the last couple of years. Management has upgraded the property, and there are plenty of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. The atmosphere is peaceful, and our pup loves watching the ducks and turtles 🐢. Beach access is a short drive away.

Very cute and small! Honestly, there's only enough room for two people, though you could squeeze in a third. The bathroom sink was clogged. Outside, it looks like plain old apartments, nothing fancy. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't choose it for a beautiful first-time experience.
