The beach and ocean were stunning, with clear water, white sand, and really nice chairs and umbrellas. We also loved having a heated pool and pickleball courts. The adults in our group made use of the gym, sauna, and laundry, and the towel and bedding exchange was easy and so handy. We spent a whole week here as a family and had the best time. The property is very well cared for, and our cozy condo had everything we needed. The staff made us feel like family. Alex was always smiling and friendly when we came through, and I loved getting to know the woman on the night shift. Megan, the general manager, went out of her way to make the stay great and even helped us book a room for next year. I really appreciated her time and hospitality. If you're looking for a place in Destin, I'd recommend it 100000/10.

Unit 220 gave us a great beach view from the balcony, almost at eye level with the shore, and sunsets were a 10/10 every evening. The included chair and umbrella service made beach days easy. The gated grounds felt safe and were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its spot on Holiday Isle keeps it away from Highway 98 traffic while staying close to Destin's restaurants, shops, and attractions. The condo was spotless, updated, and well equipped for a beach trip. The kitchen had cookware, utensils, silverware, a blender, oven mitts, an oven, and both drip and K-Cup coffee makers. Complimentary items included paper towels, dish and bath soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers. Bring your own beach towels, food and drinks, and coffee filters or K-Cups. Booking directly through Holiday Surf & Racquet Club was easy, and luggage carts were available. Being by the stairwell made car trips quick without extra noise from it. The shared laundry was clean and affordable, and self-service linen exchange was available on request. We highly recommend Unit 220 for a comfortable, well-stocked beachfront stay and will be back.

We've been coming back every year for more than 20 years, and Condo #202dejablu is our favorite. It's stocked so well, with so much attention to detail. We'll book this one again.

We had a very nice vacation here. The beach stayed clean and pleasant, and the young woman working there was wonderful. She'd be out early each morning, getting the chairs and umbrellas set up long before the other beaches. It looked like she was handling all those chairs by herself. The property also has a private pool and shuffleboard.
