Jetty East Condominiums

The location was great, and we enjoyed the heated pool, pavilion, barbecue grills, tables, and the beach's white sand and several walkways. We rented from a private owner, so I'm only reviewing the building itself. We had a good stay and I'd give it four stars, even with the disruption. The building is dated, and construction was going on during our visit, including work on the HVAC units and digging up the parking lot and garage area. A condo on our floor was being renovated, so contractors used the same elevator to bring materials up and debris down. There was construction mess on the hallway floors and elevator. I was surprised the condo association didn't keep better control of that.

We stayed in unit 203, a four-bedroom, two-bath condo on floor #2, which is the third floor. The oceanfront view is priceless, and the location is perfect. There's plenty of room in the bedrooms and living area, though the kitchen is only adequate and there are just two bathrooms. They also have two-bedroom units. There's a large pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and two convenient walkways to the beach. Parking is beneath the building or in an open lot, with four spaces for four-bedroom units. The building was constructed in 1975 and has been updated, with renovation work underway.

Our Airbnb condo worked out perfectly. It was close to the beach and well placed for restaurants. After the rain, when it was a little too cool at the beach, the pool made a nice alternative. Highly recommend!

We stayed in #jettyeast311, a gorgeous three-bedroom, three-bath condo with a beautiful Gulf view from the living area and while cooking dinner. It's nicely decorated and has all the amenities you'd want. We highly recommend it. Jetty East also has one-, two-, and other three-bedroom condos, so check them out online. Madison and her crew have the BEST staff on the coast. When you're there, ask for Caleb. He'll have your chairs and umbrella ready each day. Give Madison and her crew a call.
