We were really pleased with Pelican Beach 810. The oceanfront balcony looked right over the beach, and the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with everything well maintained. It even came with almost-new beach chairs and an umbrella, which we used every day. The catch was that we had to set them up behind the rows of rented chairs. Aside from that, our stay was excellent.

This was our third stay with this company, and they came through again. The TV in the main living room lost its backlight, so I texted the owner. He replied within minutes, talked it through with me, and had a replacement TV delivered and installed within a few hours. They really went out of their way to help, and checked in by text every couple of nights to see how things were going. A great experience.

The beach views from this clean, well-organized unit are terrific, and the kitchen had plenty of cooking gear. The air conditioning worked great, and the shower had a strong flow of hot water. I’d come back.

The ocean-view room was amazing, and everything matched the description. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 p.m., but I got a text at 2 saying the room was ready, so I could get in early. The cafe and bar are conveniently located outside by the pool on the first floor. The cafe has limited hours since it isn’t run by the property. The Tiki bar is nice for drinks or daiquiris and stays open until sunset. The private beach is nice too.

We’ve come back a second time and would definitely recommend this place. The best part is the beautiful ocean view, and the room was clean with plenty of what you need. Parking was manageable, with people constantly coming and going. Our room had chairs and umbrellas, though renters get the front seating; there’s still plenty of space, and the boundaries are marked with flags. You can tell it’s a popular place from how many people are staying here.
