Macey, the owner of Serinity by the Shore, is so sweet and accommodating, and the home is managed really well. It’s in a perfect, safe location and is kept immaculately. It never disappoints.

The service company was great and came right over when our TVs stopped working. The property itself, though, needs extensive repairs and doesn’t seem to have had upkeep since it was built. There was mold growing on all the registers, the balcony furniture was rusted through, and all the windows were rotted. Cracks and chipped paint were everywhere, and the furniture and beds were worn out. It also wasn’t very clean.
