We’ve had a great time here on both of our stays. The beach is right in view, and the chairs are set up in a private section, so it doesn’t get packed with people stacked in rows. The pool is right by the popular strip, which makes this a lively spot. Beautiful house, fantastic location, and Camille's is next door. Go Vols!

The house itself and its location are great, but the elevator situation made the stay extremely frustrating. We checked in on Saturday, and by Tuesday they still couldn’t say when it would be fixed or clearly explain what needed repair. We had to haul luggage and groceries up two tall flights of stairs. If I’d known the elevator wasn’t working, and that they didn’t know when it would be repaired, I never would have rented a three-story house with the kitchen and main living area on the third floor and put my parents, who are in their 80s, in the main master suite up there. It feels like the elevator never works, and this setup is a problem.

We stayed here two years ago, in June 2021, and loved the home. There was plenty of room for our 16 people, including a big kitchen. The pool is large, the beach is only a few steps away, and there’s an elevator. From the top floor you can see the ocean. Perfect location.
