These are spacious four-bedroom, three-bath condos, and many include a small bunk bed room off the hallway. The balconies are big enough for everyone, and there’s an outdoor grilling area with several nice gas grills. Other things we like are the large pool, clean units, the garage underneath, and the fact that the building is only four floors. There are also only a few setups on the beach. Our favorite condo in Destin.

We’ll stay at Villa Coyaba again, but we won’t book unit 202 or go through Real Joy Vacations. We always enjoy the property, but our usual unit was already booked this time. In this one, the floors were filthy when we arrived. My baby was crawling around and ended up with black hands and knees, and everyone’s feet were black too. After I sent photos of the mop pads we’d used, they offered to clean the floors. Those pictures were only from the main living areas, not the bedrooms or bathrooms. The ice machine was broken, which was a pain with three families packing beach coolers every day. They did give us two bags of ice at the start and offered to reimburse us for what we bought, which was nice. I also want to add that VRBO wouldn’t post my review because they didn’t like how honest it was.

Villa Coyaba 106 was clean and came with a good supply of starter items. We really liked the decor and layout.

The place was nice and clean, with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer right there was especially helpful for a beach trip. I’d definitely come back. We didn’t speak with many employees, but the maintenance man was friendly, polite, and helpful. There were a few things that could have been better: we paid quite a bit extra for early entry, just four hours, then got a new room code that didn’t work. The floors still had a lot of sand when we arrived, and the cleaning could’ve been better. Accessible parking was difficult because all the spots were taken. None of that was enough to keep me from returning, but they really should fix the early entry code problem, especially at that price.
