The clerks were kind and understanding, and that’s the only reason I’m giving this place a star. I wouldn’t have booked it if I’d known what the low price meant. I couldn’t wait to leave and won’t be back. There was blood on the pillow, dirt inside, and used Q-tips with large globs of earwax sitting on the trash can. In the bed I found what looked like a pile of poop, or maybe a big coffee stain. Either way, it was disgusting. I found it the morning after sleeping on top of the covers because the place felt so sketchy. I almost threw up when I saw the Q-tips. The toilet was so low my knees buckled when I went to pee, and I nearly fell in. I won’t post pictures. I never want to be reminded of staying here. It only got one star because the system wouldn’t let me choose zero. Do not recommend.

Melissa is the sweetest, I loved her! The beds were comfy, and there’s a neat little chicken restaurant right in front of the hotel. I had a great stay and can’t wait for breakfast in the morning. Such a lovely place for couples, families, or anyone on vacation. Big shout-out to Melissa!

Melissa went above and beyond when we needed help, and all the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms have been renovated recently and were very clean. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and renovated, and we were able to check in early. We stayed in early May, when tourism is low, so that may have made it possible. The front desk staff were helpful, breakfast was pretty decent given the small space, and the price felt like a good deal. HarborWalk is in a perfect location nearby. I’ll book here again when I’m back in Destin.

My first visit was just okay, but the second was much nicer and cleaner. The staff are so friendly, especially the gentleman who cleans the rooms. He’s a delight, always helpful and kind. I also got to practice my Spanish with the Spanish-speaking room cleaners, which was fun. I enjoy staying here and will definitely come back. 💜💜
