Mona made the stay especially nice. She was kind and helpful, and brought us a delicious breakfast. My wife and I were in town for Green Day at Comerica Park, just a two-minute walk away. We'd stay here again next time we're downtown. Thanks, Mona.

We were close enough to walk to the sports venues and Detroit's sights, which made getting around easy. Mona looked after us really well, too. Communication and care were both top notch, and we had a wonderful stay.

The rooms look beautiful and the location is perfect, but sleeping here was another story. I was with another couple, and one room was like a sauna while theirs was freezing. Noise from the other rooms was unbearable. We didn't get any sleep until the people upstairs left at 7 a.m. This might work well if a big group books the whole place, but don't count on a good night's sleep otherwise.

The rooms have a real historic feel, and the food was excellent. The place is elegant and beautiful, with Ford Field and the Fox among the popular venues you can walk to. A unique, safe, and delightful stay in downtown Detroit, and a must see if that's what you're after.

From the house to the breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. Monica took great care of us, and the location made it easy to walk to the DIA, Eastern Market, and Downtown. The breakfast was delicious, too.
