The old man was the only good worker I dealt with, and he was very respectful. The two female workers were disrespectful and seemed to barely work. I waited in the lobby for almost an hour and called the front desk repeatedly. They kept saying someone would come right up, but nobody showed until my tenth call. Then I was told, “sorry i was trying to sleep.” It was 4pm in the middle of the day. They said there was a pool and hot tub, but when I got there I was told they hadn’t been in use for months. Breakfast was barely there, too. I’d heard rumors of trafficking and drug deals, and when I stayed in an upstairs room at the back on the left a couple weeks ago, I saw bullet holes in the walls. I can’t make this up.

Arnold and the kind lady went above and beyond when my boyfriend and I couldn’t get our car started in the cold winter. They were so helpful and sweet. They drove us to Walmart and o’reilly to pick up supplies, even though they didn’t have to. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Such kind people!

The washroom light was very dim, and the coffee maker didn’t work. There wasn’t an electric kettle in the room, and the cleaning wasn’t up to standard. The pool and hot water tub were out of order.

The pool and hot tub were closed, and there was no food for the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were nasty and badly in need of a deep clean. Don’t stay here.

I got in late and just needed somewhere to sleep, so this typical Super 8 did the job. The bed was made, and both the fridge and microwave worked. I was satisfied.
