We were booked for 4pm in Rm. 234, but got there at 6 and found the previous guests' mess still in the room. I called the office 30 minutes ago and was still waiting outside the door for someone to come clean it. WAAAACK! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Update: It's been 90 minutes now, and I'm still waiting for customer service to fix this.
