The Beaverhead Resort is right on the banks of a productive stretch of river, and it's quiet and updated with modern appliances and touches. Fishermen heading to Dillon should stay here. I'm not being paid to say that. I was nervous as a first-time Airbnb user, but property manager Kelly made everything easy. She was friendly, on time for check-in, and even left a few snacks for the road, which made the visit feel personal. If I pass through Dillon again, I'll book it.

It's so peaceful here. We've been watching drift boats go by and even saw a man wrangling a fish the other day. The managers have gone out of their way to make us comfortable, and they're just a phone call away if you need anything. They also offer drift tours. I think fishing on the Beaverhead is fly only? We haven't done much yet and have another week, so we've mostly been resting after remodeling our house. This has been a great vacation so far. It was warm when we arrived about a week ago, then it snowed within the week, which was wonderful. The cabin is awesome, with amazing woodwork inside and out and beautifully crafted furniture. It's given me some great ideas for our remodel. Tomorrow we're planning to check out the nearby 'ghost' town and a few other things, then have a nice prime rib dinner. If we get back this way, we'll definitely stay here again. Come for peace and quiet, fishing, good food, scenery, and wonderful people.

Nothing else in the Dillon Montana area even comes close. This place is incredible.
