Comfort Suites Summit County

The next morning at breakfast, the sausage and eggs were sitting in water in their pans. I got in late and the only available room had a jet tub. I decided to make the best of it, but when I started filling the tub, the water came out brown at first. It cleared, so I filled it, but the jets wouldn’t work. Only the light came on.

We had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Suites Summit County Dillon and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were excellent, and we enjoyed the pool too. The location is convenient for restaurants, shopping, and mountain attractions. Breakfast was good, and we hope the food keeps getting refilled regularly. Special thanks to the helpful, polite woman working Monday and Tuesday. She made the stay much smoother.

I picked this hotel for a weekend because of the location, without caring which chain it belonged to, and I didn’t have any particular expectations. The room had a lovely mountain view in the morning as the sun came up. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops are all within walking distance. The hotel was clean, friendly, and very quiet, and everything was okay for me. The furnishings are a bit dated, though it definitely needs renovation. Breakfast was fine considering it was included. I think I’d stay here again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the shower had what looked like mold where tiles were separating from the wall. There was also a drywall repair that was barely patched. We cut our stay short because of this. I tried reaching out several times by phone and email, but got no email replies and was hung up on when I called.
