The house has great views and sits in a cute neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. You can settle onto the couches for a movie, play pool, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and dog lovers might get to meet Brody, the sweetest chocolate lab in town. For us, this is by far the best place to stay in Summit. It feels like real mountain town living, which is what makes it special.

The layout of the house is excellent, with several living and dining spaces, kitchens on both floors, and a wraparound deck with gorgeous views. There’s a great yard for relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out in summer. Owner Chris was very accommodating and even pointed me to the best IPA and a delicious breakfast. What a fantastic find, especially when the Front Range resorts feel overcrowded and unaffordable. Five stars!

The deck has an amazing view, especially at sunset, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The backyard’s a nice spot to lounge and meet other travelers. Chris is a really accommodating host who knows the area well. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I first came with my work team for a retreat, and they absolutely loved the place. It works really well for larger groups wanting a more intimate setup than standard hotel rooms. Later I returned with just my husband, and we enjoyed it just as much. You can spend time with other guests as much or as little as you like. The owner is great, the place feels open, clean, safe, and affordable, with good vibes all around. Highly recommend!

The place has a great Colorado feel, and Chris, the owner who lives on site, is a great host. He has a friendly lab named Bohdi. I’ve stayed here for a few long ski and fly-fishing weekends. It’s near Keystone, A basin, and Breck, as well as the Blue River and lots of great hikes. Baker's Brewery is within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop nearby too.
