Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites

We arrived around 9:30 pm, checked in without trouble, and were given keys. The surprise came when we unlocked the room and found it already occupied. Luckily, the people inside weren’t armed and were cool about it. I think the front desk attendant’s name was Susan. She was concerned and apologetic when we told her, and checked that the last available room was empty before sending us there. The motel was fully booked that night, but she went above and beyond to sort out the mistake, and it worked out. First stay at this location, and quite unforgettable.

We loved the heated pool and hot tub every day, and the staff were wonderful with our young toddler. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Susan was especially helpful at check-in and knew the area well, and Debbie was just as great with breakfast. The service was second to none, and we’ll definitely come back.

The view and location were awesome, and the front desk agent got us checked in very efficiently. Even though the hotel was pretty busy, noise wasn’t a problem. Our room was clean, though a few items needed repair, which didn’t change my impression of how clean it was. It was a great stay.

The view was breathtaking, and my boyfriend and I will definitely return. Breakfast was very good and the room was great. Aside from a dog barking, the stay was fantastic. The girl at the front desk was a little rude, though I guess that’s understandable. Brandon, the guy working nights, went out of his way to help however he could. He was very polite and down to earth.
