Rodeway Inn

The room was spacious, well furnished, and clean, with clean towels ready by the shower and beds that were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and flexible when our plans came together at the last minute. For such a bargain price, we were pleasantly surprised throughout the stay. The poor reviews don't do this nice motel justice. You couldn't stretch a cheap price much further.

We paid only $50 including tax, and the place was very, very clean, like you could eat off the floor. The air was really cold, and it looked like they were remodeling. Inside, the rooms were beautiful, and the shower and bathroom were clean and amazing. The bed was so comfy and cozy. The owner was nice, informative, and helpful, and even asked me to look at the room before renting it. There's a microwave and refrigerator, and it's close and convenient to everything. Roadway in is right by I 95 and us hwy 25. Thanks for a super great stay at Roadway in Brunswick Ga.

I wish I could give this place no stars. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. A roach was crawling on the wall, the tub was dirty, and the bedding and pillows were stained. The carpet had filthy stains, the microwave didn't work, and the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall with no batteries. I went to the desk to ask for another room, but the clerk refused and rudely told me to go to another hotel if I didn't like it. I was seven months pregnant, traveling at night with girls aged 7 and 10, and the room had already been prepaid online for two days. They offered no refund or anything.

We went for one night and ended up leaving. In the first room, cockroaches were crawling on the bed. When we went to the front desk, they said they don't do refunds but offered a clean room. The second had glass from a broken methpipe on the floor, bloodstains on the sheets, signs of bed bugs, and a woman's fingernail beside the bed. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet jet black. The guy working did try to find us a better room and apologized many times, but this place really needs cleaning. I don't recommend it at all.
