The location is handy for grabbing food or groceries on foot, and the free breakfast runs from 6 to 9:30. It’s basic, with coffee, instant oatmeal, cocoa or tea, muffins, and sometimes yogurt or hard-boiled eggs, but it’s self-service and pretty good. The room was a bit noisy from banging next door and doors opening and closing, though the airplane sounds are understandable so close to the airport. The front desk isn’t staffed all night, I believe someone arrives around 7 a.m. Cleaning costs extra unless you stay more than a week, and before that you have to take full trash bags down to the ground-floor trash area yourself. Laundry is self-service at $4 to wash and $4 to dry. Our shower head leaked, but they fixed it the same day after I reported it. The pillows were so thin that we asked for more, but none arrived during our eight-day stay. It’s a quiet area otherwise, and a decent budget choice if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

The room and service were good, but finding roaches made us unsure about coming back. I saw three dead ones on the first night, on the bathroom floor, windowsill, and kitchen floor, and kept quiet around my family. The next night my son spotted a live, small-to-medium roach on the ceiling, which was upsetting. Since these units have full kitchens and guests are expected to keep food in their rooms, the hotel needs better insect control. I told the front desk at checkout, but I don't think we can stay here again.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed and pillows were much nicer than the square, hard ones you sometimes get elsewhere. The front desk clerks were attentive when we arrived. Most things in the room were nice, but the cooking plate burners were badly rusted and need replacing. The hair dryer was rusted around its coils too, so that should be replaced as well.

We arrived at 4 a.m. after booking and paying, and the manager said we'd have to wait 30 minutes. That wait wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. Their system is stupid, they can't refund the money, and we're still left waiting. Don't book or stay here under any circumstances.
