The pool area was great, and there was plenty of parking. Steven, Arly, Catarina, and the breakfast staff were all kind and helpful, and the food selection was good and kept replenished. Our room was spacious, too. The only recurring hassle was the key cards, which kept acting up and needed to be fixed. It's a well-kept hotel in a good location.

You can walk to Marshall’s, Home Goods, City Place, Ross, CVS, banks, restaurants, and plenty more from this well-located hotel in Doral, Florida. The stay includes airport shuttle service in both directions and a delicious breakfast. Our room was very clean and had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Thanks to general manager Stiven Salazar and the whole staff for helping make my stay safe and comfortable. I'd recommend staying here 💯%.

We had to cancel our first night after our flight was canceled. The hotel said it would refund that night, but the money never came back. I've spent hours on the phone with IHG without getting help. On top of that, our room was dirty. I'd avoid this hotel, and honestly Holiday Inn as a whole. The brand has gone downhill, and this felt like they were keeping money they said they'd return.

This place feels stuck in the 1980s. The shades and mirrors were broken, the pillows were flat, and the lighting was bad. Even the toilet seat was a problem. Add sloppy paint and decor that made the room feel like a parking garage, and I won't be back. Steer clear unless you're upgrading from a Motel 6. 👍

Carlos, the shuttle driver, was the one bright spot. He was great. The rest of the place felt dingy and dated, with a stale, moldy smell. We found a live gecko on the ceiling in our room and checked out just five minutes after arriving. Without Carlos, this would have been a one-star stay. IHG, this needs attention.
