They say they can enter rooms at any time, so if you book here, keep your clothes on even if you plan to be naked. I wish I could give zero stars. The staff are unprofessional, invade your privacy, and lie about noise complaints. If the complaints were real, they would’ve fined us. We’ve paid faithfully since September, and they know most families are struggling. The young woman with glasses doesn’t seem to know karma is real. They put babies out on Christmas Eve. They make you pay and tell you how to live, and can fine you for one dish in the sink. They’re money hungry. I’m going to complain to corporate once I find their number.

I came in on 12/21/25 and haven’t had a decent night’s rest since. I asked for a quiet room on Friday, but they put me in the back, where loud TVs, music, games, or whatever else have been going on all night. People are disrespectful and ignore the rules. Getting up at 4 a.m. and being woken around 2:30 or 3 isn’t it. I spoke to the manager, but she’s no good at her job, very unprofessional, and doesn’t even make eye contact. It took them from Friday to Tuesday to notice dog poop outside, and I even stepped in some. There’s dog poop everywhere and people are loud through the night. The only person I know doing their job is maintenance. There’s inadequate security, no refunds, and the guests seem to be running this extended stay. The manager seems too friendly with guests and not professional enough to do her job. They raise the rent, fine people, and especially should fine those disturbing others and those who don’t clean up after their dogs. I’ve never seen it this bad. The only people I know who are up all night are drug dealers and drug addicts. This is crazy. If I could get a full refund, I’d leave tonight, and I’d never come back. The place is going downhill and has a high turnover of guests and employees. Maybe the owners should spend a night in one of these rooms without management or anyone knowing, so the problems stop. This is an outrage. It’s no wonder there are no refunds. I’d give it zero stars.

I really don’t recommend this place. A neighbor accidentally left their room card inside and couldn’t get back in until the next morning, even though someone is supposed to be available after hours for situations like that. They had to sit and wait and got no sleep, despite having a full-time job. That says a lot about the people working here. Also, drive slowly through the parking lot. Kids are constantly running in front of and behind your car, so be careful. They do room inspections like we’re in prison.

This place is awful. There’s a roach infestation, and the staff are nasty and highly immature. They jump on every comment that points out their incompetence instead of fixing the problem. We chose it for what we thought would be convenience, but months after leaving, we’re still dealing with the consequences. We had to throw away all the appliances we brought there because of the roaches. I don’t know what’s going on with the water quality, but it took over a month for my skin to recover after we left. I pray for people who have no other choice and end up staying there.
