The staff were helpful when I called the front desk about the noise, which was a plus. But there was constant stomping or furniture-moving sounds overhead all night, and the fridge didn’t work. The whole place had an odd smell, and the rooms were extremely small. There were lots of marks and stains on the sheets and towels. They had clearly been washed, but the stains were still there. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, so I’d pay more to be happy instead of merely content.

The bed was really comfortable, and everything worked. The room itself felt sparse, though, so I can’t give it more than 3 stars. Wi-Fi was also very weak on the 3rd floor. At this price point, you know what to expect, and I thought the bed comfort was great.

My best friend and I stayed here from August 13 to August 14. The rooms were clean, but I had to borrow a broom to clean ours, and we had to bring our own dirty towel. I was charged $25 for early check-in, which didn’t feel fair to me. I’ve stayed at another 5 star hotel that didn’t charge for early check-in or late checkout. Breakfast was meant to run from 6am-9am, but when my best friend went down at 8am, it was already closed. We could have stayed at a better quality hotel. God wanted my best friend and me to stay here, and it was just okay.

The location is great and the rooms are decent. For a night’s sleep, it’ll do, especially if you’re paying less. The breakfast was very poor, just cereal and bread.

The flooring looks pieced together, as the photos and description show. This was supposed to be a queen room, but the bed was a twin full. I’m giving it one star only because I have to. It sucks for the price.
